The Lack of Home Inventory In McCall Explained

Inventory (Or Lack Of) McCall Area Homes Explained:

We have been hearing that the home inventory is low and there is nothing to sell.   This is not correct for us in the McCall area.   If you compare the past 5 months to the same 5 months a year ago, you get a picture of More Sales and most important, a 52% Decrease for the Average Days on the Market.   This large decrease in the days on the market is why we have the perception of no inventory,  due to properties selling so quickly.

Here are the changes for the past five months as compared to the same in 2020.   A 10% increase in homes sold, 17% increase sold price, 37% increase in the median sale price and the 52% decrease for days on the market.
